Each year before a London Calling, we launch our London-themed Signal coins. Previously we’ve had a Signal Guardsman and a Sherlock Signal. This year, Signal is one of London’s very own Pearlies. Pearly Kings and Queens (known collectively as “Pearlies”) have been iconic characters in London since the 18th century. But what to use as a backdrop? Why, our iconic red phoneboxes of course!
This version of our Pearly Signal features Signal the Frog in a white pearly suit, with black nickel plating on the coin.
